What’s Included in Our Post-Construction Clean
Unwrapping and cleaning new fixtures & fittings
New appliances, fixtures, and surfaces are often covered with protective films or wrappings. Our sparkle clean service will remove these coverings, including any adhesive residue left behind.
Interior glass, partitions & balustrade polishing
This includes washing glass, cleaning frames, and wiping down sills for a streak-free finish.
Skirting boards, switches & sockets wipe-down
All of these will be thoroughly sanitised by hand to give them a spotless appearance.
Floor, ceiling, carpet cleaning & wall polishing
Ceilings will be dusted to remove dust or cobwebs, hard floors will be scrubbed to a mirror shine. Carpets will also be vacuumed and, if needed, deep-cleaned to an exemplary standard.
